Order Confirmation and Delivery

Once you have decided which vouchers to purchase and have reviewed your order, you will be asked to complete your contact and shipping details. Once these are completed and you submit your order you will asked to pay by card or be redirected to PayPal, our commercial partners, to process your payment. Once payment has been authorised by PayPal or your bank, we will then arrange for the delivery of your vouchers. We have taken the utmost care to make sure your voucher arrives in pristine condition but if your package is damaged in any way please contact our customer services department via email at gifting@brasseriebarco.com.

Credit Card Security

On placing your order you can either be transferred to PayPal to make your purchase or continue payment on our website. If you pay via Paypal your credit card details are processed on that site.

It is the responsibility of you as the customer to inform us if you continue payment through us or PayPal if you choose to pay via Paypal of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods.

We accept the following cards -Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo, Switch, JCB

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Please note that gift cards are VAT exempt and as such we are not able to provide a VAT receipt.

Delivery Rates and Schedule

We aim to deliver your order promptly however we ask that you allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery. Orders received after 12pm are processed the next working day. Please allow longer during busy periods (Christmas etc.) or bad weather. Our vouchers are despatched by First Class post at a cost of £3.25, signed for delivery at £5.75 or Special Delivery at £9.95. We do not offer compensation for late delivery, but if your order is likely to be unduly delayed for unforeseen reasons we will endeavour to notify you by email. Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your gift voucher as long as it has not been redeemed, partially or fully, in any way. Please email us at gifting@brasseriebarco.com if you wish to return your voucher for a refund.

We offer a full replacement guarantee if your order arrives damaged.

Warranty

Items purchased may be subject to minor colour variations to the on screen representations. Please note that White Brasserie gift cards can only be used at White Brasserie locations and Brasserie Blanc gift cards can only be used at Brasserie Blanc locations.

Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
