Our priority is to ensure that our pubs are as safe as they can possibly be when you pay us a visit. Your safety is our number one priority and it is our ultimate aim to welcome you back in a way that feels natural and not too overbearing. In order to do this, we are putting in place new processes to make your visit not only safe but as relaxing as possible.

Our teams will all be certified ‘Covid-trained’ and temperature checked before each shift.
We are installing hand sanitisers for you to use and will have table screens and portable screens between tables where necessary.
We respect social distancing with restricted capacity management, a one way system inside and 1m+ distancing throughout our venue inside and out.
We have introduced more rigorous and frequent cleaning of all areas of the brasseries.
We have single use menus, order & pay at table for drinks in the bar & credit cards only for bill payment.
Frequently asked questions
Here are a few further details regarding what to expect and our new ways of working :
Q – What is the maximum number you can take bookings for?
A – In line with government guidance, we will be taking bookings for a maximum of 12 guests from up to two households only. For bookings of 7-12 guests, please email email@example.com stipulating name of venue, time and number of guests and we will confirm your booking within 72 hours. If your booking is within the next 3 days, please call the venue directly.
Q – Do I need to book in advance?
A – It is not essential but is strongly advised. We will be carefully managing our capacity due to social distancing guidelines so we would highly recommend that you do book ahead to avoid disappointment. Please note our policy surrounding maximum booking size.
Q – Do you need to book ahead of coming in for a drink only?
A – It is not essential but would be advised. We will set aside a certain proportion of our venue for walk-ins however we would recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note that all our venues will be 100% seated only. There can be no standing or ordering at the bar.
Q – I have a gift voucher that has expired/is soon to expire, will I be able to extend my voucher to use when you reopen?
A – All gift cards that covered part of all of the COVID lockdown period will automatically be extended for an additional 6 months – you do not need to anything. Enjoy!
Q – Do I need to wear a mask when I arrive?
A – No, a face mask is not necessary however we do ask that you make use of our hand sanitisers when you arrive and during your visit.
