Spotlight on… The King’s Arms

The King’s Head is Prestbury is perfect for any occasion…

and it is one of our favourites! With more fireplaces than you can imagine, this wonderful, historic pub in the heart of the village of Prestbury is, quite simply, gorgeous!

This was one of the most ambitious projects that our in-house Head of Design, Inge, undertook but it was quite a triumph of design. Integrating several parts & creating a homogenous space was not easy but the result was a pub where there is a space for every one & a spot for every occasion. Using paints created by Farrow & Ball in partnership with the Natural History Museum, the colour scheme is vibrant yet natural with each space sympathetic to its original use. The stables are wonderfully light & airy whilst the bar area is full of cosy snugs by roaring fires. Outside, the garden boasts two heated private dining spaces each accommodating up to six guests, perfect for the current climate! The garden was landscaped in partnership with Dee Campling, designer & Instagram influencer who also happens to live in Prestbury!

We can’t wait to celebrate our first birthday with our lovely guests in Prestbury & welcoming you all through our doors.
