This week our Head Office team, General Managers, Ops managers and Chefs gathered to learn more about our exciting new menu change.

We are proud to serve only the best seasonal dishes and as we are heading into autumn, there are about to be exciting changes in our menu, which means it’s time for a company update.

The group started the day with a business update from our Operations Director Tom,  before Mikey, our Head of Learning and Development, talked through stages of progression and updates. Kath, our Marketing Director, then discussed everything the Marketing team had been up to, and what to expect coming into the festive season.

The moment everyone was waiting for; the new menu. Manoj our incredible Head of Food Development had been working hard preparing all of the new dishes for everyone to try. He individually brought each dish down with his kitchen team and educated everyone on not only the incredible ingredients he has sourced for each dish, but the inspiration behind them.

The new menu will launch at the end of September and you are in for a treat.
