Autumn flavours abound with our new set menu as we make the most of the abundant harvest. Earthy wild mushrooms are paired with smoked Ancho chilli oil and haricot beans for a warming, hearty starter whilst the vibrant vegan pumpkin risotto with sweet potato wedges is quite simply autumn on a plate. Grilled Cornish mackerel with apple and pear chutney, griddled aubergine and roast piquillo pepper and rocket salad is a must try for us this month. Pears are the star ingredient of a classic French dessert, Belle Hélène, with rich chocolate sauce for a rich, indulgent treat. We also can’t wait to try our take on a classic British pud, steamed treacle pudding with orange and Cointreau sauce. Truly scrummy!
